IIVE泌乳顾问专业委员会简介
一、IIVE泌乳顾问专业委员会 Lactation Consultant Professional Committee (LCPC)是一个由来自全球多国及地区、经过专业培训和认证的泌乳顾问组成的国际性专业组织。委员会秉持循证医学理念，致力于构建标准化、人性化、专业化的母乳喂养支持体系，降低母乳喂养的早期终止率，提升母婴健康结局。
本会核心使命是推动泌乳科学的研究与普及，规范行业标准，提升泌乳服务质量，促进跨国学术交流，并协助实现联合国可持续发展目标（SDGs）中关于“良好健康与福祉”的愿景。
二、主要工作内容
1、制定泌乳顾问职业标准与认证体系
2、推动中国泌乳顾问（CBCLC）与国际泌乳顾问（IBCLC）培训与认证
3、开展泌乳科学研究、技术交流及继续教育
4、提供泌乳咨询与母乳喂养公益服务
5、搭建全球泌乳顾问学术合作平台
三、如何加入我们
（一）会员类型：
1、个人会员：限持有国际泌乳顾问（IBCLC）或中国泌乳顾问（CBCLC）资格证书的专业人员，经现有会员推荐后可申请。
2、单位会员：需为具备2名及以上IBCLC或CBCLC持证人员的专业机构，须由现有单位会员推荐。
（二）加入流程：
1、在线提交申请表及资格材料
2、审核通过后缴纳相应会费
3、由秘书处颁发正式会员证书
（三）收费标准
1、个人会员费：普通会员 30美元，约人民币200元/每届（4年）
2、单位会员费：普通机构100美元，约1000元/每届（4年）
※ 会费标准将根据所在国家/地区情况适当调整
四、会员权利与义务会员权利：
（一）会员权利
1、参加本会举办的专业培训、继续教育及学术交流活动
2、优先获得行业资讯、研究资源及合作机会
3、被提名参与委员会评审、课题项目或国际交流代表
（二）会员义务：
1、遵守本会章程与职业伦理规范，积极维护委员会声誉
2、积极参与委员会活动，支持泌乳科学推广
3、如有严重违规、诚信失范行为，将被终止会员资格，撤销会员证书
English Introduction
The Lactation Consultant Professional Committee (LCPC) is an international professional organization composed of certified lactation consultants from various countries and regions. Rooted in evidence-based medicine, LCPC is dedicated to building a standardized, professional, and human-centered breastfeeding support system to reduce early cessation of breastfeeding and improve long-term maternal and infant health outcomes.
LCPC’s mission is to promote lactation science, establish professional standards, enhance service quality, facilitate international academic exchange, and contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the goal of “Good Health and Well-being.”
Key Functions
Develop professional standards and certification systems for lactation consultants
Promote CBCLC (China) and IBCLC (International) training and certification
Conduct research, technical training, and continuing education in lactation
Provide lactation consultation and public education services
Facilitate global academic exchange and professional collaboration
How to Join Membership Types:
Individual Members: Must hold valid IBCLC or CBCLC credentials and be recommended by two current members.
Institutional Members: Must have at least two certified IBCLC or CBCLC professionals and be recommended by a current institutional member.
Application Process:
Submit application form and credential documents online
Pay applicable membership fee upon approval
Receive official membership certificate

Rights and Responsibilities
Member Rights:
Participate in LCPC training, continued education, and academic programs
Access up-to-date industry information and research resources
Be nominated for committee work, project participation, and international representation
Member Responsibilities:
Abide by LCPC charter and ethical standards, uphold the committee's reputation
Actively engage in LCPC events and contribute to lactation science promotion
Membership will be revoked if involved in serious violations or public trust issues
